The Rape Crisis Network (RCNI) is a multi-member political
and campaigning organisation committed to the elimination
of all forms of sexual violence through effecting political,
cultural and social change.
The agency provides support and information to member
Rape Crisis Centres throughout Ireland. It campaigns
for funding and specialised services, undertakes research,
collects data and raises public awareness of rape and
sexual violence. The RCNI is also involved in National
Policy Initiatives across a range of Government Departments
and inter-agency fora while developing and building
inter-agency responses.
